I think there should be more specificity in the amount of time it takes to settle a prediction. I recently participated in two which took quite a long time to settle (one is 3 days and and still unsettled - http://www.hubdub.com/e/Market/Will_the_Presidential_nominees_RepublicanDemocrat_be_chosen_with_Febuary_5th_254 ) If it is going to take days for a prediction to be settled then the best way to maximize my "money" is to sell immediately before the trading gets suspended so that I then free up the money to be wagered on a new prediction.
